Mic-Ox Complet
The mycotoxin binder for all species
Two clays, sepiolite and bentonite, that bind mycotoxins in the digestive tract, with β-glucans, mannan-oligosaccharides and betaine. Added to feed or to the TMR.

Mycotoxins in the ration
Mycotoxins cannot be seen in the feed store, but they show up on the farm. They come in with cereals, silage or straw, and the signs are familiar: irregular intake, poorer feed conversion, animals that never quite perform and a liver that is working overtime. And it is common for several of them to occur together in the same ration.
Mycotoxins arrive with the raw materials.
They often occur together in the same ration.
Irregular intake, poorer conversion and an overworked liver.
Five reasons to add it to the feed
Strong binding capacity in the digestive tract; controls the toxic effects of the six most pathogenic mycotoxins.
Binding and neutralising capacity that helps prevent acute episodes caused by E. coli and clostridial biotoxins.
Stimulates liver function and improves performance by preventing the liver damage caused by bio- and mycotoxins.
Increases the number of intestinal immune cells, protects the intestinal mucosa and reduces its permeability.
Reduces free-radical formation thanks to its high redox activity and improves meat shelf life.
Binds and adsorbs in the digestive tract
It acts as a mycotoxin binder and adsorbent in the digestive tract. Two technological clays, sepiolite and bentonite, bind the toxins in the intestinal lumen so that they are excreted in the faeces instead of being absorbed. The formula is completed with β-glucans, mannan-oligosaccharides and betaine, aimed at intestinal immunity and liver function.
Sepiolite and bentonite
Bind mycotoxins in the intestinal lumen so they are excreted in the faeces.
β-glucans and mannan-oligosaccharides
Aimed at the intestinal immune system.
Betaine
Completes the formula, with liver function in mind.

In the mixer, with the feed
Oral, via the feed. Add it in the mixer; as a fine powder it disperses evenly in compound feeds and TMR. Label dose:
A feedlot producing 10 tonnes of feed a week adds 20 kg of Mic-Ox Complet at the label dose, that is, one bag a week.

How much Mic-Ox Complet do you need?
Choose how you want to calculate it and enter your figures. The calculation uses the product's official doses.
Label dose for all species: 2 kg per tonne of feed.
Indicative guideline: 1 kg/t with one type of mycotoxin, 2 kg/t with two and 3 kg/t with three.
3 kg per 200 kg of whole maize.

Composition
Calcium carbonate, β-glucans and mannan-oligosaccharides.
Additives (per kg)
Mixture of flavouring compounds 220,000 mg. Technological additives: sepiolite (1g562) 184,300 mg and bentonite (1m558i) 145,800 mg. Nutritional additives: betaine anhydrous (3a925) 41,800 mg.
Analytical constituents
Crude protein 5.9%, crude fibre 0.4%, crude oils and fats 0.1%, crude ash 58%, calcium 1.1%, phosphorus 0.73%, sodium 1,545 mg/kg, magnesium 2.53%, lysine below 0.1%, methionine below 0.1%.
How the formula works
Sepiolite and bentonite are the clays that bind and adsorb mycotoxins, on a calcium carbonate mineral base. β-glucans and mannan-oligosaccharides support intestinal immunity, and betaine completes the formula.
Peace of mind, every day
Natural ingredients that cause no side effects and do not generate resistance.
Do not use at the same time as macrolides. In poultry, do not use at the same time as robenidine. Simultaneous use with coccidiostats is contraindicated if more than 5 kg/t of bentonite is used in the complete feed.
At 2 kg/t, Mic-Ox Complet supplies about 0.29 kg of bentonite per tonne, and about 0.44 kg at 3 kg/t; the limit above refers to total bentonite in the complete feed.
Use respiratory protection, goggles and gloves.

What people ask us most
Can't find your answer? Write to us and our technical team will reply.
How is Mic-Ox Complet used?
Oral, via the feed. Add it in the mixer; as a fine powder it disperses evenly in compound feeds and TMR. Label dose for all species: 2 kg per tonne of feed; depending on the level of contamination, 1 to 3 kg/t.
Are there any precautions for use?
Do not use at the same time as macrolides. In poultry, do not use at the same time as robenidine. Simultaneous use with coccidiostats is contraindicated if more than 5 kg/t of bentonite is used in the complete feed. Ask your veterinarian.
How should it be stored?
Keep tightly closed in a cool (not above 25 °C), dry place, away from heat sources and sunlight. 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Does it replace veterinary treatment?
No. It is a complementary feed that fits into farm management and does not replace the diagnosis or judgement of the veterinarian responsible.
Need the technical data sheet? Ask our technical team and we will send it to you.
Shall we talk about your farm?
